An ode to Parisian haute couture and its glamorous restaurants, on Albert Cuypstraat in Amsterdam. Our kitchen cooks classic French dishes with a Flemish accent and lets the North Sea and Zeeland lead: Irish Mor oysters, Moules Bisous, shrimp croquettes and caviar from House of Caviar, next to a tournedos au poivre finished at your table.
Sommelier Erwin keeps an extensive wine list, and every Wednesday is Bordeaux Wednesday. From Thursday to Saturday, DJs take over after 10 pm and the bar stays open until late.
