The Bisous kitchen cooks on site, in your kitchen. The menu is built with you, from Bisous signatures to dishes made for the night.
Erwin Walthaus pours. Wines from the Bisous list, or from your own cellar. He matches them to the menu and to your guests.

We clear the table and the kitchen. You stay seated. One thing stays behind: a Bisous scented candle, for the host.

We send a menu and wine proposal, tailored to your guests and any dietary wishes.
We arrive, cook, pour, serve and clear. You host.
Bisous at home is designed for 6 guests or more. Fewer is possible; the minimum of €2,000 per dinner then applies. There is no maximum.
Anywhere in Amsterdam, at no extra cost. Outside Amsterdam is possible; travel costs may apply.
Yes. Let us know at least 72 hours in advance and the menu is built around them.
Yes. We bring the tableware and the glasses.
Yes. Erwin works with the Bisous list, your own cellar, or both.
Send a request. Once the menu is agreed, a deposit may be required to secure your date.
Limited dates in November and December. We reply within 48 hours with a proposal.
